The install team from Budget Blinds were efficient and had no issues with replacing my damaged blind with a new one at no cost, since the original blind was still under warranty. No muss, no fuss!! Thanks

It's rare that you come across a company that says that they will do what they say. A lot of companies will tell you anything today to sell a product. I can tell you Budget Blinds is not that kind of company. We purchased blinds from them for our kitchen and den and they are absolutely gorgeous. However, we did have an issue with one of the blinds but we had no issues with Budget Blinds company. They did what they said they would do if we had any issues.
