Sub-par experience. They do not know how to measure properly and the product I received was an incorrect size. Before placing the order I expressed my concerns with the measurements (through written communication via email) as I knew my windows were not perfectly square/uniform. I was assured measurements were taken correctly and they accounted for this. 3 weeks later I receive the product and the size is wrong. They chalked it up as "oh mistakes happen." Upon requesting a quote at my new home in Stouffville in early August, Stacey arrived within a week with her sample books and patiently spent a lot of time with me helping to choose the roller shades that would best compliment my Century home. I had a particular shade in mind for one of the rooms, and she managed to find it. Budget Blinds did four rooms for a total of 12 windows at a reasonable price.
