Excellent installer and salesman.
I need to charge the battery packs to my blinds every 2 years. My blinds are in Dormer windows—easily 15 feet up and I don’t have means to remove & replace batteries. The BB techs were very kind and respectful both in removing and replacing batteries after re-charged. I love my blinds and the service!!
