All 5 star reviews mostly older should have been a red flag. Spoke with someone 4 days ago for over 5 minutes and scheduled an estimate for this afternoon. The time arrived and no one showed. I called twice and neither person could find an appointment although they stated they didn't have access to all schedules. Waited and waited for a return call with no response. Unprofessional and beyond disorganized. I will be going elsewhere now and would advise the same.
I had the privilege of working with Carol Young to price our plantation shutters. It was a big project, and Carol did a great job helping us to finalize the design. She gave us very competitive pricing. Carol was a delight to work with, and I highly recommend you speak with her!
