Worked with Dave on plantation shutters for our new home. He was great, very helpful and knowledgeable. Plus he is such a nice guy, very pleasant and easy to work with. Hubby asked a lot of questions and he explained everything. Went over the different manufacturers and gave us solid recommendations. The shutters came in on time and Jose came out to install them. Excellent customer service. They have a great selection of options and fabrics, but just as important as the purchase is the after sale experience when you have a problem. They backed the warranty and went to bat for me with suppliers to ensure the repair/replacement process went smoothly. I highly recommend.
