Please do not use this company! I had just moved here and should have researched them before using. Ordered my blinds in January, Rob said 3 weeks for Verticals and 8 weeks for Plantation shutters. After many calls I finally got the verticals installed 8 weeks later. Then it was excuse after excuse as to why my plantations shutters were not in...they got lost in warehouse, lost in shipment from China, blah blah blah....Finally my plantation shutters were installed 5 months after ordering them. Moved into a development and ordered blinds. Rob Greene, the purported owner of this franchise, came out and claimed to be knowledgeable and put together an order. The blinds were not measured correctly and windows were not ordered at all, despite being charged for those windows. Order done in May...no blinds until end of August despite promises of 6 weeks. Blinds that were wrong and "forgotten" are still not installed almost a year later. However, the franchise has had all but 200 +/- dollars of the 13K + blind bill for the... read more
