I purchased 9 solar roller shades from Budget Blinds a little over one year ago. Recently, one of the beaded chain loops broke and although I was slightly out of the factory warranty, Budget Blinds wanted to make it right. Justin came out and took care of the issue and all is good again. Great customer service! I will use Budget Blinds again and certainly recommend to all of my friends.
Every stage of my project was pleasant, easy and comfortable. On time, respectful, thorough and took great care during the installation to make sure it was perfect. If you need window coverings, - call these people! Chelsea and Mike were both great!
Great service, great quality blinds and added plus, they arrived quickly! The owner came out the first time and even tried to fix the blind that I was trying to replace. He went above and beyond! Will definitely use them again and recommend to others.
