Debbie has been AMAZING! She has gone out of her way to help me get some replacement pieces for blinds that were purchased two years ago! She did this even though I had little info to go on. Was able to look at the purchase history and figure out what I needed. She is easy to talk to/work with, flexible, and is great with follow ups. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful experience with Debbie and Budget Blinds. We just moved here from Wisconsin where we had previously used Budget Blinds. While trying to determine what material to select for our drapes, we never felt rushed and the time was taken to really make sure we selected what fit best in our home.
