I have had my blinds and shades in since March, 2013 and they look and work wonderfully! I was very happy to have someone come to my home and consult with me on colors and styles. I relied very heavily on Laura to suggest colors and styles because I, frankly, don't have a clue! And she did all of the measuring. We had a wonderful experience working with Joel and Laura. Laura met me at the house to look at samples. She exhibited a wonderful mix of guidance and flexibility, and within no time, I could feel she had a sense of the look I was going for in our new house. Laura & Joel were so great to work with! They made the entire process easy and painless. Laura came to our home on an evening we had free with samples and did all of the measuring. She was so patient answering all of our questions! A few short weeks later Joel came to install our new blinds. He was friendly and very efficient! He answered our questions about blind care and showed us how to remove them if needed for cleaning and wall painting.
