If I could give this company less than 1 star I would. Ordered shutters from Mark Suchanec in Oct 2025. He was relentless when trying to get the sale. After paying over $1300 deposit it has been crickets. Numerous excuses as to why they are not yet ready ( only 3 shutters). Installation was scheduled for 9 am today, only after calling corporate to follow up on our order. Of course no call, no show. Left message that has not been answered or acknowledged. Gentleman showed up on 9/23/25. Installed the shutters that were not what we asked for and then told us they had to order us all new ones because the ones they installed were broken. We have attempted many times to get updates and they don’t return our calls. He admitted they were not what we asked for and that they were broken. Please do not buy from this company.
