The owner responded within one day, set up an appointment for three days later, was very helpful with blind color and choice of style. He also did the measurements for six windows which were all just a bit different. The installer was prompt and professional. He did the installation, programmed the remote, removed the boxes and plastic all within 1hr and 15 minutes. I was amazed! I love my blinds!
