A representative came to our home to provide a quote for two small windows. The quote was around $1.5k. After the representative left I noticed that the quote has no measurements. I emailed her to have the measurements, she replied the company doesn’t provide measurements as long as the customer didn’t proceed with the order. Thankfully they are competitors who provide decent customer service. Better name for this outfit “Blind order”!
