I needed warranty work done on blinds installed by another vendor. Karen coordinated the effort to pick up, replace and reinstall a motorized blind that Budget Blinds does not normally service. Justen and Les were so helpful and even provided a pdf of programming instructions. I was delighted from start to finish and highly recommend this company and service team.
