We are very pleased with our roller shades. The fabric and colors we chose are perfect. Justin did an amazing job installing them today. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and made sure every shade was installed to our satisfaction. He showed me how to charge them, work the remote, and recommended a product when they need to be cleaned. We highly recommend Budget Blinds located in Flagstaff.

Called and scheduled an appointing for a quote . I made a trip out to Sedona specifically to get my house measured for blinds. Shelly was polite and helpful but that was the extend of it. After 12 days, I tried contacting her to follow up on the quote. The only reply I got was “I am traveling and I will look on my laptop tonight”. Tried following up a few times over the next couple weeks but she ghosted me. Never received a call , text or quote. What a complete waste of time.
I highly recommend using Budget Blinds of North America for all your window covering needs. Their designer, Robyn, was knowledgeable, experienced and had a lot of great ideas. Justin did an outstanding job installing our plantation shutters. I would definitely use them again in the future.
We ordered wood shutters for our cabin and they are perfect! Robyn came out to show us our options and get us set up with the order, she was very knowledgeable and friendly. Justin did a great job with our install, everything works perfectly and the shutters look absolutely beautiful!
