Moved to the area and need blinds for every single window in our home. Danielle came out and performed an impressive set of Olympic Tape Measure routines. She was very knowledgeable and helpful on our options and accomplishing our goal. We purchased 15 sets of blinds. Greg came out early one morning and zipped through the installation, he was even able to squeeze us in earlier than expected. Overall 10/10 experience, product, price, and customer service. Would reccomend.
I purchased two motorized cellular shades from Budget Blinds in 2021 for over $2,100, with assurances they would integrate with my smart home and Alexa. I filed a “No Questions Asked Lifetime Warranty” claim in June 2025 for a minor defect and, after more than six weeks and 40+ emails, still have no clear replacement plan or confirmation the new product will match the features I paid for.
