Very bad company do not recommend a friend of mine bought a bike from them about a month and a half ago bad service and rude staff.
Purchased a MotoGP edition 2016 Suzuki GSX-R750 with 28K miles for £6290 to be delivered which had to be rejected as £1300 of work was required. On arrival the fork seals had been damaged by the delivery service ratcheting the bike down too aggressively, the throttle cable was badly frayed, the front wheel was fitted incorrectly and there was an oil leak from a crack in the engine casing. Went in today to Have a quick look at a Kawasaki. Spoke to Victor and he was a great guy. 5*
Very poor customer service, had my bike 4 weeks and when Delivered issue persisted, their own delivery driver agrees with the issue so took the bike back to which budget bikes continue to lie and deny my right to a refund, The best bit they still have to bike 6 weeks on with same issue but wont refund me would never ever recommend very very poor customer service
I recently bought my first bike from budget bikes it was a Yamaha delight 125cc moped from the start to the payment side they were all very helpful talking me through step by step good quality prices to.
