This shop should be shut down. These guys are crooks
The guy who runs this place is a joke. You will never get what you pay for. His repair shop is run on a part time bases. It will take weeks if not months to get your machine back. If you do get it back it the machine will not be repaired correctly, or even looked at.
Stay way from this place.
Worst place to go
I do not understand why so many bad reviews. I bought a go kart from this company,I did not have a problem from beginning to end. I had great service. They even took the time to take my calls when I needed help. I was always greeted by people that cared about what I needed. I had a few calls with Steve and he was very kind. He helped me without any problems. He knew about his go karts and was able to help. The whole company was great. I plan to get more off road toys and will only go through budget bikes.
I do not understand all the bad reviews. I had bought a go kart from this company. I have had no problems from beginning to the end. Even now when I have a question I always get the information I need. I found Steve very kind and helpful. He had a great amount of information on how to set up and run my machine. Please do your research before purchasing any motorized vehicle from Budget Bikes, Inc. Also, record any conversation and keep very detailed records. My husband and I spend a little over $2,000 on a go-kart for our daughters for Christmas in December 2012. The go-kart broke and was taken in for service in March 2013. After three personal visits to the business, and multiple phone calls we still do not have a repaired go-kart in our possession and it is now 2015.
