Very helpful, courteous, and go the extra mile. Good prices for good batteries. Will test your battery and system first to see if indeed it is the battery. Have used these folks twice for batteries for 2 different cars, and even bought one for a neighbor and his car when he couldn't afford it. Great product; great service.
David was great! Amazing customer service and excellent prices! Loved having the option of purchasing a refurbished or new battery especially if on a tight budget. Went with new since was 1/2 what dealership quoted me plus got a longer warranty. This will definitely be my place to go in the future.
Needed a new battery for my Honda 6 mo. ago. They suggested I buy their "new" ($100) rather than reconditioned battery because of the free replacement warranty. I went for it. So far it has lost charge twice, the most recent time it left be stranded on the road. I went back to Budget Batteries and was told both times that the battery was fine and just needed to be recharged. On 07 March 16. I brought my Tahoe there because the battery for some odd reason drove the truck around brought it back. And they immediately indicated to me that the battery was bad, it had a bad cell. They had the battery in stock and not 10 minutes later I was driving home with a fresh new battery haven't had any issues since. Respectable knowledgeable fast friendly. I would definitely go back and recommend a friend
