Very rude staff.
I had a very disappointing experience. I paid for a wheel alignment after replacing the tie rod and control arm. Before those repairs, the car drove normally. After the alignment, I noticed issues and brought the car back. Instead of properly addressing my concerns, they showed me only the front alignment screen and said everything was fine. No rear alignment measurements or printout were provided, even though my Mercedes C250 requires a proper four-wheel alignment.(probably they don't know that) What was even more frustrati... read more
