Known this place for a long time. They used to be great when they were originally in Oxley. They have become very difficult to deal with. They are no longer experienced with engines or vehicles and therefore struggle with logic working out part solutions. Basically 'computer says no' kind of attitude. A real parts team will find other ways to work out what parts are needed - like VIN Codes, Engine Codes etc, not just 'Tell us your rego... computer says 5000 options' If you are not competent ion your job, maybe consider a dif... read more
