If I could give them ten stars, I would. Budget Auto saved my day when they repaired my car in under two hours as I was driving home to Pennsylvania from Tennessee. They were SOOOO fast in the repair, and not only that, they were so incredibly kind to my dog and allowed her to wait in the waiting room with me (she’s a big girl!) They gave her treats and an excessive amount of love throughout my time there. They also made sure that I knew about the warranty on the parts and who to reach out to in PA if anything happened. Absolutely unacceptable experience. I came in for auto repair—not to be questioned about my legal status. That kind of behavior is completely irrelevant, unprofessional, and honestly offensive. Instead of focusing on diagnosing and fixing my vehicle, this shop chose to cross a line that no customer should ever have to deal with. It made the entire interaction uncomfortable and showed a serious lack of respect and basic professionalism.
