He puts out rentals that break down . will not fix . promises to give back money and then lies and will not return what he owes after he says he will . He is a rude and mean person who has no respect for his customer.... When you give out a rental it is owner of rental to see its in running order if not fix it or exchange rental . Horrible business ethics..
