This is the only company that we use. The owner (Tim) and other technician (BJ) are AWESOME! Both are very competent and very honest. Their rates are fair and their work is outstanding. Simply a great company and great folks!!!
The other reviews are pretty accurate. Tim has come to my house twice now. Once for a water heater thermostat and now a dryer thermostat. Both times he was excellent and provided great service. He quotes you the materials and states his labor charge ($85/hr). He's upfront, honest, does good work at a fair price, and works efficiently. Usually has parts in the truck, so he can do it without delay. On my latest call, he saw the fin in my dryer had fallen off.
