I try to make an emergency purchase last week and Google said there closes at 5 and I was there at 515 and they were closed

Bought a new AC system through this guy (2017), week after had some question called 10 times no answer, now I’ve found out they never had the new system signed off by the city....and I still can’t get hold of them. Seems like they are a 1 time seller w/ no regards for customer service.
