Very satisfied. Came out on an annual maintenance and told a part was not working right but was not of immediate concern. Unit went out week later. Looking at unit again, other problems came up. With talking to Scott and Josh a new air conditioner was the best way to go. New air conditioner installed the same day. Thank you Scott and Josh, I really happy. Your commitment, knowledge and professionalism is A+. Again thank you.
Everything they did was excellent. I was in Ohio when my unit want bad. I called & service was sent out Right away. Got the phone call how to fix & it being an older unit, I ask how much a new one would cost. Got the quote ASP, ones it and the new unit was put in the same day! Now that is great service! I will be using them all the time & telling my neighbors about them.
Josh was A 1!! Very professional and at the same time personable. He is our man!
I put my trust in Budget AC LLC for rejuvenating my AC unit. I was shown the yucky stuff that was inside my AC. They took the top off so I could see inside everything, they took the motor apart to clean, when they finished even the outside looked brand new. Josh, the young man that explains the job in detail was a very likable gentleman, The other 2 young men that did the dirty work were both gentlemen. Perfect company! Scott and Josh were very professional. Explained in detail what the problem was, old unit had lived it life out and it was time for a new unit. Excellent appraisal and price. Same day installation of new unit and removal of old unit. Workers were very professional and courteous. Great company all around . I definitely recommend using Budget AC for all your AC needs
