I don’t like to give negative reviews, especially when they are mostly positive reviews, but I have to agree with the review given by Jean Syswerda 5 months ago. Darrell came out just to do a check unit service for $59 (he takes cash) in January of 2025 and was told our unit was no good, he could do us a deal if we agreed that day as prices change on a daily basis for $12,242!! Best AC company ever!!!. Scott, Jan, and Darrell wonderful to work with. Reasonable pricing and excellent service. Darrell was great, even help put legs on a table for us. The technician looked at my ac only quickly and decided the unit needed to be replaced. He then pressured me to sign that day for a discount that was only available if I signed NOW. I will never hire with a company that works on that sort of protocol.
Contacted Budget Ac and spoke with Darryl and Scott. Both are very friendly and knowledgeable. Darryl came out to give a quote for moving the AC around the corner for a pool install. Great price quoted. If you have to leave a message they get back to you within a reasonable time. Called them back and gave them the job. Recommend them highly.
