Very poor care. Ask you to be at an appointment 10 minutes early and you show up and check in almost 20 minutes early and 8 people come in after you and check in and get taken back before you and you still wait until 20 minutes after your scheduled appointment is purely pathetic. Get it together. Next time my husband and I will just show up 20 to 30 minutes past actual appointment time. Also you should talk to your providers about what they should put shouldn't say to patients wife/husband or significant other.
My one year old son broke his arm, and despite the seriousness of the situation, the earliest appointment I was offered was five days later even though plenty of doctors are on their team. While I understand I cannot review the full medical care since we were never seen, the lack of urgency and concern for an injured child was extremely disappointing. obtained a referral and was refused service, so my bone will take at least 10 weeks to heal. thanks a lot
So disappointed. Dr. Liddle had absolutely made up his mind, as to what was wrong, before he even came into the room. He was guiding my answers to fit his pre decided narrative. He didn’t listen to what I was trying to say. The entire appointment felt rushed and as if I wasn’t worth his time. This was all after waiting almost an hour past my appointment time. Will not be returning and will seek help elsewhere.
Got fairly quick appointment. The Dr was very informative and had great bedside manners. Dr Murrary was gental and kind to grandson with broken arm. His staff was fantastic. Highly recommend
