I have not had a good experience with Intermountain Women’s Health. I required an emergency IUD several months ago. They were not transparent with pricing, took 3 painful tries to insert the IUD, and did not see me in a follow up visit. I’m still not convinced it’s sitting correctly inside of me $3,000 later. I just have to say how absolutely amazing my OB, Camra Bearnson, and her MA, Amber, are. They have gone above and beyond for me every step of the way. Every time I walk into their office, I feel genuinely cared for, supported, and understood. Camra listens so deeply and never rushes me she always makes sure I leave feeling safe, heard, and confident about my care. And Amber is just as incredible. Phone staff and getting your records is a huge pain in the head process, I am high risk pregnancy 1.5 months moved away from utah recently, and they still haven't sent my records to my new dr. They sent the first ultra sound and the least amount of information, but nothing my new Dr asked for or needs. I have disabilities and am pregnant. I’ve had a great experience with Stacey H . But the office staff is awful . Every-time I call in it’s such a pain . They are super rude and make you feel worthless to ask them for help . It’s like you have to beg them to do their job . The last call in the women asked what I needed help with explained I need to see or talk to my midwife . She placed me on hold blind transferred to a department that had nothing to do with what I need . Another time the nurse kept talking over me while I explained I was in pain .
