Phone staff and getting your records is a huge pain in the head process, I am high risk pregnancy 1.5 months moved away from utah recently, and they still haven't sent my records to my new dr. They sent the first ultra sound and the least amount of information, but nothing my new Dr asked for or needs. I have disabilities and am pregnant. I’ve had a great experience with Stacey H . But the office staff is awful . Every-time I call in it’s such a pain . They are super rude and make you feel worthless to ask them for help . It’s like you have to beg them to do their job . The last call in the women asked what I needed help with explained I need to see or talk to my midwife . She placed me on hold blind transferred to a department that had nothing to do with what I need . Another time the nurse kept talking over me while I explained I was in pain .
