I recently met with Dr. Goates regarding a thyroid condition that requires surgery. He had reviewed my chart beforehand, so he was already familiar with my history, previous visits, and lab results, which allowed us to have a focused and productive conversation. If I could give zero stars I would. Dr. Andrew James Goates is the worst Doctor. He doesn't listen, he's extremely dismissive and insulting. He is ageist, sexist, and clearly has no respect for his patients.
after my grandmother experience a sudden loss of hearing, we were at a loss on where to go or what to do. after being told nothing can be done by multiple physicians. we did our own research and found Dr. Goates! we are forever grateful for him! we appreciate his time, his patience and most importantly his care!! Thank you again for all your help! you gave us hope when others didn’t and we are able to communicate with our loved one once more which that alone, is EVERYTHING!
