If I could give zero stars I would. Dr. Andrew James Goates is the worst Doctor. He doesn't listen, he's extremely dismissive and insulting. He is ageist, sexist, and clearly has no respect for his patients.
after my grandmother experience a sudden loss of hearing, we were at a loss on where to go or what to do. after being told nothing can be done by multiple physicians. we did our own research and found Dr. Goates! we are forever grateful for him! we appreciate his time, his patience and most importantly his care!! Thank you again for all your help! you gave us hope when others didn’t and we are able to communicate with our loved one once more which that alone, is EVERYTHING!
Everything went well with my two visits with Dr.Porter and Dr. Goats I received the answers I needed
He was very nice, and he seemed very knowledgeable and capable.
The surgery was supposed to be to remove 3 2/4 of my parathyroid. Because of very high potasium. So Dr. Goates wanted me have dialysis as quickly as possible to get my potasium down. This disappointed me and it frustrated me. Now my anxiety it's always
