Poor experience, staff that do not communicate with each other and two weeks later I still have not received my receipt for payment even though I paid right away.

Usually pretty good but some of the older reception staff are unprofessional and snarky despite being asked legitimate questions. Disappointing and they should remember where they are.

Very happy visited Buderium emergency, staff are lovely and efficient yes you have to pay public or private patient charged the same amount $350 but this medical service is wonderful alternate option.

Wait times good - nurses lovely. Shame about Dr Leo Stockdale though. His bedside manner, chewing on the pen, speaking over your and pressure and control which he feels he needs to exert over you instead of patient choice and control and informed consent is too much. When you’re not well the last thing you want is to deal with a personality like Leo’s. He may be an ok Dr but his bedside manner needs a substantial amount of work. For $350 you’d expect better. I’d rather wait a SCUH for hours and be spoken to respectfully.

Fantastic hospital, nurses brilliant, food very good and short or no wait at emergency, only gave 1 star because of Dr Leo Stockdale, if you see his name as working, leave as he won't help workcover patients even though there signs say they take workcover patients, he is a disgrace and cost the hospital and tge surgeon money because he makes the rules himself and the NUM was his rude partner in crime.
