Our experience as customers (guests?) at the maternity suite was very disappointing. People individually were lovely, but the communication systems and expected high levels of care here, were at times unfortunately lacking. There was a level of disconnection, disorganisation and casualness throughout the experience that really wasn’t suitable and didn’t contribute to being held in care through the labouring and post-partum experience (which should be the number 1 job here). 10/10 - staff are absolutely fantastic, and Dr McPherson was excellent! ** Staff and care: 10/10 (outstanding and patient, given the workload) ** Rooms, and facilities etc: 5/10 (VERY OLD but the staff make it work and you're not there for this anyway) I had originally presented at the ED and was released the following day with some antibiotics, however I had a bad reaction to the antibiotics and ended back in the ED 24 hours later. Payment services. If you’re going to quote someone then tell them they cannot pay via bank transfer you should include the surcharge fee of the card transaction. Your staff are so incredibly void of empathy. It is Christmas time and not all families have $22 spare for said payments. Same day bank transfer was refused… as was receipt proof of transfer (yet surgeon & anaesthetist was happy to take bpay or bank transfer with same day payment) absolutely disgusted in your staffs lack of empathy.
