By far the worst experience with a medical centre I was asked to pay upfront for a Telehealth consult and the GP decided to Bulk bill as it was literally 2 mins despite numerous emails and a complaint to the health ombudsman I have never been given my refund of $105.. this is absolutely disgusting and I cannot understand how they can get away with it
Great Service!
Me and my 2 children attend this clinic. The reception team are lovely and our doctor always takes the time that is required. I never feel rushed and she always goes the extra mile. Would highly recommend.
First time, doctor was rude and dismissive and didn’t want to help. Once pathology result came back they refused to give me the result to take to a new doctor, as I didn’t want to continue seeing the doctor there.
