We were driving back to Las Cruces, NM from my spinal surgery in Chandler, AZ. Our 2001 Volvo V70 suffered a catastrophic alternator failure 5 miles east of Willcox. After misadventures in getting a tow, we had the car towed to Buddyz. We arrived after they closed for the day but we left the car there and left the key with the nearby Rose's Motel. My experience at Buddies, was at least 5 stars...Last time I had a flat, they put it in a tank of water to find any holes, then repaired it, and put it back in the water, to make sure it was fixed. (AllTire said they'd put in water, to check for holes, but when my tire was put back on, it was bone dry...meaning it was never submersed in water.) I highly recommend this place. I was passing through and needed help. He stopped what he was doing and took care of my issue.
Go to Buddyz if you’re in Wilcox! It’s the only place that was quick and willing to help us replace our blown out tire trailer so we could get back on the road. Friendly employees and great customer service!
Look for another mechanic … sure they can fix stuff but they also shady. Stay clear of this shop , for show they replaced and unneeded part just to tell me that the rear axel was broken … sorry if you can’t tell the rear axel is broken from all the noise and metal shavings you should ld not be offering mechanical services. . Left them a tip and all just to see the look on his face ( and it was worth it), stay clear of this family owned shop .
