Took my 12-year-old dog in today to receive a second injection of a newer medication called Librela. This drug is given to help pain from arthritis. After getting home the technician called to me to inform me that she gave the wrong medication and asked if I could come back to get the right medication. She was given an "allergy medication". RecommendedLove the front desk and all the Dr’s at Allouez Animal Hospital. Our puggle got into my sons fitness powder. The flavor was Double Chocolate which means it’s loaded with coco. Dr Becky and her staff with the help of a simple medication helped Burt empty his stomach. We were treated with kindness and with urgency. Thanks to everyone who helped Burton today.
Despite excellent medical studies and mask mandates, the staff there refused to wear masks.
this was my first experience with a mobile vet. The vet and tech were freindly and polite. they even managed to clean my phyco cats ears. willing to go above and beyond to help too. would recommend to anyone. totally worth the price

Best vet near and far! Dr. Neil and all the vet techs (especially Lisa and Lauren) treat Crosby as their own. I brought my roommates dog in that is very uneasy of new places and he was wagging his tail the whole time. Thank you all for everything you do!

Took my sweet new English mastiff Kodiak here for her 1st vet appointment and highly satisfied! 10/10 recommend. I will not go else where. They were so good to my baby.

I so appreciate the friendly and kind doctors and staff at the West Mason clinic! I also appreciate how they offer safety options to clients concerned about COVID. If you have a need to be extra safe they will come out to the car and get your pet so you do not have to come in. I personally went into the clinic as I am comfortable with doing that, but I appreciate them giving options to everyone! Thank you for all you do for our community!
