A disappointment from the original. – The pizza is not the same as the original buddys. Staff is a bunch of kids at night. Waited way to long for my food.
Have been a regular at Buddy's for over 50 years! – I am 57 and I have been a regular Buddys pizza lover for over 50 years. My father started taking our family there back in 1956 when I was only 7 years old. He knew the original owners at the Detroit location on 6 mile & Conant and he went there on a regular basis until he passed away in October 2005 at the great age of 92! Best Pizza Around!! – I have tried every pizza place in town and this place can't be beat. It is the best pizza I have ever had. If you like a thicker crust pizza, give this a try. This is what Detroit should be known for.
