I bought an xbox a year ago and took it home and hooked it up and the xbox would not get past a black screen that said software issues and needed updates. Well I returned it that same day and was told that would get me a new one right. Well guess what they gave me that was used. Also they didn't wanna knock down the balance on the xbox.

My payment plan was supposed to be 6 months or same as cash , I have been paying for almost a year and every time I ask about my payment it's just one more, for the last 3 months it's just 1 more and your done , is that why there is never a balance on the receipt
