I did the whole rental with Buddy's sight unseen. The mattress that I received was exactly what I expected and got my first restful night of sleep in a long time
Natalie was amazing she helped swap out a mattress that was giving me some issues, without a single problem! This woman is a real asset to this company her level of professionalism is second to none. she even followed up with me after the delivery to make sure the new mattress was comfortable and that I had a good nights rest. I'd leave her a 10 star review if I could! Thank you so much for caring when others wouldn't. Much respect for you Natalie.
I rented a mattress from this store paid full price for it 8 months ago and now in the center of the mattress it's caving in when I spoke to the store manager Mr. Darabiel Rivera I was informed that he can't and will not exchange it or warranty my purchase! He explicitly told me they are NOT professionals and that the mattress I bought has no warranty and he will do nothing to help me with my situation, note this was brand new NOT USED! he claimed that if the mattress was defective it would've shown issues sooner then 8 mont... read more
E tenido una experiencia extraordinaria ,vivo hace 5 años en Jacksonville y e visitado varias tiendas y jamás me habían brindado tan linda y tan maravillosa atención,gracias a Tezza salí súper satisfecha por mi compra ,todo el colectivo que trabaja tienen una linda atención al cliente ,súper recomendable la tienda si te mudas y quiere que tu casa tenga un bello confort no dudes en visitarla
