I called in to talk with someone about getting information as to what was needed to rent, the lady on the phone that answered Tamera or Tammy I don’t remember what she said her name was but was very rude and told me if I needed to know anything about applying for furniture I needed to come in. I asked what I needed to bring and she said “I just told you you have to come in we do not rent over the phone” in a very rude tone.
