Despite a few mishaps along the way which are just apart of the process when attempting to rent anything especially appliances online the stores GM Derrell was amazing and most of all very helpful with ensuring we got our appliances asap! Pleased and satisfied we sadly got one which was pre leased and not fully functional however calling the GM this morning he again ensured us they will replace the unit and have a new replacement out to us today!
