My wife and I first experience at buddy’s was amazing. Chris & Alexis helped us with finding a perfect bedroom set for our first home. Their customer service was more than great. They were friendly, professional, and very helpful. They went over and beyond to meet our expectations. We walked in buddy’s just to look, and walked out with complete satisfaction. My wife and I are purchasing a second set of furniture soon. Thanks Chris and Alexis for your welcoming sense of humor, and fantastic customer service.

Very friendly staff. Will work with you to get you what you need. Very clean and organized. Delivery guys are professional and courteous. Everyone is willing to help you with whatever you need. Most of the bad things I've heard have been yet to be proven true. 10/10 would recommend.

Poor customer service. Always in a big hurry to get your money and signature but slow to worry about delivery. Used furniture not cleaned properly. Some customers have bed bugs and staff is slow to react. Store manager has no customer service skills and does not work with regardless of how long you've been a loyal on time customer. 1st time you're 2 days late pay now or return.
