Everything was great until I had a problem with a gas stove. I told Tobias of this problem in January of this year 2023. Nothing was done, reminded him again in February and nothing was done. Advised him in march and April as well with the same result. It wasn’t until May that anything was done. They sent out a technician from distributor who was in the house for 2 minutes and claimed it was because of the living conditions, which it was not.
