I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I feel obligated to warn others. I was initially told I would be receiving a new washer and dryer with a delivery timeframe of no more than two weeks. Instead, I waited nearly four weeks, having to call weekly just to get the most basic updates. When the unit finally arrived, it was clearly used, and to make matters worse, there were loose coins stuck inside the dryer—which speaks volumes about how little care or inspection goes into their product... read more
