I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I feel obligated to warn others. I was initially told I would be receiving a new washer and dryer with a delivery timeframe of no more than two weeks. Instead, I waited nearly four weeks, having to call weekly just to get the most basic updates. Pobre muchacha, la Daniella, siempre estaba en el trabajo, siempre tratando de ayudar a la gente, se podía notar que realmente le importaba. La gente antes que ella no se preocupaba. Es triste descubrir que ya no está. Un tipo loco que dice ser el gerente llamó, muy grosero, irrespetuoso, diciéndome que me iba a meter a la cárcel y mi pago ni siquiera está vencido.
