This location is hands down the worse location I’ve ever dealt with the manager Alexis was extremely rude charged my card with out my knowledge and refused to void the transaction the tarpon location which I typically used closed down and they some how gained my account I told him I’m not setup for autopay and was never told that was a must and which I was basically told to get over it that’s how they do it now I explained that even if that’s the case he would still need my approval which I never signed anything for and waiv... read more
I had a great experience until they decided to add insurance back on what I purchased without authorization and without notice. Shady practices just charging a card whatever fee you’d like. Seems like they’re hurting for business so buys beware. They like to charge whatever they want so pay attention to your transactions if you do business here
