From the moment I walked into Buddy’s Furniture, I felt pressured and belittled into making a purchase. After completing all required steps—including documents, references, and even paying a deposit—the store failed to deliver my order. Their excuse was that a “final verification process” had not been completed, despite my consistent communication and compliance. The way they handle business is unacceptable. Very easy to deal with call me immediately was very fast. Great customer service. I will be dealing with them again thank you Seffner Florida location. 🫶 they searched for the product that I wanted and got it transferred for me immediately

I see a lot of negative comments and I would like my say, Jade and the delivery crew were outstanding in getting the very specific refrigerator. The delivery drivers were friendly, clean, attentive to my belongings. I would like a big shout out for the team at Martin Luther king.
