Staff is friendly and considerate. I got to choose my due date. And they have been very good in all aspects of customer service. Currently purchasing a couch and love seat which is good quality for the price.

I will never buy from Buddy’s again. I bought a used sofa for what was supposed to be a flat $500. I’ve now paid over $600 and it’s still not paid off thanks to the hidden fees and elite club that we didn’t know we would be paying for. We’ve complained over and over but nobody has even tried to explain or fix the situation. They’re not trustworthy at all, they’re obnoxious, and clearly uneducated when it comes to their jobs.
Brandi is fantastic, got us in and out very quick. 100% recommend.
