Made my life easier and better thanks
This place has horrible employees from the beginning I had issues. My delivery date was suppose to be a Monday I didn't hear from them i had to call and ask what was going on I was told that they had to many deliveries. They finally came that Tuesday without having the slacks for my bed the foot of my sofa was ripped off. The delivery driver said that they were coming back Wednesday again I had to call and all both of the delivery drivers are off on Wednesday which is crazy. DISGUSTING attitudes and customer service. Also, the STORE manager walks around with a hoodie on and a face mask on acting like she is too good to speak to someone! They LIE about everything and claim phone calls are recorded until you ask for the recording! Let a man stand IN STORE and cuss them for 30 to 45 minutes IN FRONT OF MY KIDS and let him make his payment and go about his day even though he was delinquent on his account, but then when they get a 60 second phone call telling them how unprofessional they are from my ... read more
