I'm currently renting a loveseat after they brought me 2 broken recliners after 3 weeks. Now I'm dealing with a broken loveseat and it's been 2 weeks of them saying they will come see what's wrong with it. So yea horrible customer service and rude workers.
Great Customer Service by Jeremy as he went above and beyond by getting the piece of furniture in the style, color and price that I wanted. At Buddy’s in Ocala they are friendly and eager to assist and treat their customers like family
