Someone came up right away to ask if we needed help but when I explained our financial situation and what we could afford, I guess it did not work for them and the associate just walked away. We were kind of shocked thinking maybe he was coming back and when he didn't, we had to laugh and just walk out. What happened to customer service??

Horrible customer service and the staff is UNPROFESSIONAL. Especially at this location we have in OCALA . I would leave 0 stars if I could . And I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels this way .
