Driving around noon on hiway 27 and then 30 in Maryland! 10 mph UNDER the speed limit! Cars were 15 deep behind it! No regard for anyone's safety. Weaving side to side for over 15 miles. Apparently the person can not drive and look at the phone. If they employ people with this much disrespect then think of how they will treat you when renting or buy products.
