To begin with I made a repeated calls in which I was told they would call me back waited several hours and never received a call. Then when I decided which product I wanted it was going to be 5 days before they could go to the nearest location to retrieve the item. I made a down payment and then I was told that the payments would be for 24 months which made a $1,900 washer and dryer end up costing $4,200. That's usary in any state.
