Fast process, excellent customer service, and great deal on my furniture.
The worst customer service! First sell and deliver broken furniture. Months of not fixing the said broken furniture yet call my phone non stop for a missed payment, then Ramon refusing a partial payment just to call me repeatedly for a payment. I’ll never buy furniture from this joke of a company again! Furniture still broken! Yet I’m paying for their diamond club ? Months of paying for diamond club with broken furniture that I’ve told them about since delivery day back in December.
