If I could give them 0 stars I would these people are blatantly disrespectful between a loss in the family. And my kid's being sick and me having to work. I miss the payment after being asked for my account number I have been refused it multiple times so I could do online payments. They show app to your house even Before & After closing and Bang on the door I have already gotten several noise complaints from my neighbors. It's due to this. Only leaving a star bc I have to in order to comment. This place has gone down hill fast!! "Under new management" and still ripping ppl off. I had been a Loyal customer for YEARS. Earned a months free. Went in to get us a bed and my kids a new bed. Had to order their bed and our mattress. Finally got ours but they sent a dresser and night stand we only asked for a bed. I thought it came with the deal. Was paying $60 a week thinking it was for the bed and a kids bed while we waited on them. And was told it would be better to ... read more
