Unprofessional staff, they allow the staff to disrespect customers, I would not go here for business.
Leaving a review to express my significant dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Douglasville location. I would not advise anyone to do business with this location until there is a change in management, as the current staff is highly unprofessional and does not know how to communicate with customers. I provided all my personal information to finance furniture over a month ago and have yet to hear back. I'm so disappointed with you Buddy's I've never dealt with your company before and will not again. First you said 24 hour and we would have our living room suit and mattress set, well on day 5 still no furniture. So a tragic event happened and I'm in the hospital and desperately need my money back sense I've gotten no delivery and have given up! Well. Now it's been 2 and a half weeks and no money has been returned! Very disappointed!
